In the East South Central region, which includes Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee, D.R. Horton, Clayton Properties Group, and Lennar occupy the top three spots for new-home closings in 2024, according to data from the 2025 Pro Builder Top 200 Report.
