Two of Pro Builder's past Forty Under 40 honorees, John Allen, president and owner of Brown Haven Homes, and Chris Bergh, principal and director of custom home sales and production for Pohlig Homes, answer the question, “If you could go back to your rookie self, what would you tell yourself to do or do differently?” in this installment of The Weekly.

"I would go back and tell my younger self not to be so hard on myself when I failed in different avenues," says Allen.

"The first piece of advice would be to embrace challenge," says Bergh. "I learned very early on in business that waiting, or kicking the can down the road on tough discussions never makes the discussion easier."
