Quartz or granite, black or gray, stainless or white, Ginger or Mary Ann.
A recent National Association of Home Builders survey delved into preferred kitchen colors and featured preferred by prospective Millennial home buyers. Turns out their top choice for white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances is about on par with what is popular among Gen X, Baby Boomers, and Seniors. Millennials likely have never seen the TV show “Gilligan’s Island” so the Ginger or MaryAnn debate is still unresolved.
