10 States That Aren’t Keeping Up With the U.S. Housing Market Recovery
Housing industry analysts at Credit.com calculated the foreclosure rates, mortgage origination rates, mortgage delinquency rates, and average credit scores of all states to see which ones are missing out on the housing recovery.
“This isn’t meant to be a definitive analysis of the housing markets,” the website states. “But rather a temperature reading of general housing health.” States on the list include Maryland, Alabama, Nevada, and Delaware.
