2021 Housing Giants East South Central region's biggest builders

In the East South Central region, which includes Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee, D.R. Horton, Clayton Properties Group, and Ole South Properties occupy the top three spots for new-home closings in 2020, according to data from the 2021 Pro Builder Housing Giants Report.
