With the goal of providing meaningful service to its home city as well as its six other regional markets, Dublin, Ohio-based home builder Epcon Communities recently launched the Epcon Communities CARES Foundation. The initiative is built on the principles of compassion, action, resources, empowerment and service, and will allow the company to provide community service across six main pillars, which include: cancer care and research, pediatric care, military and first responders, animal welfare, disaster relief, and hunger and homelessness.

To mark its launch, the Foundation announced the recipients of its first wave of gifts through Q1 of 2026:

  • The James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute at The Ohio State University.
  • Pediatric hospitals in Epcon’s six regions:
    • Nationwide Children’s in Columbus.
