Creating a Light-Filled, Industrial Stainless Steel Kitchen

A report on kitchen and bath trends by the NKBA says that transitional and contemporary kitchens filled with light are high on the list of many buyers. Here’s a kitchen idea courtesy of Remodelista.

The example, an industrial-style kitchen in Stockholm, uses a lot of stainless steel mixed with wood, and mismatched furniture creates a rustic look. The style can be mimicked for less using components form Ikea’s new Sektion line.
