Cities With the Most Expensive and the Most Affordable Rents

It’s no surprise that New York and San Francisco have the most expensive ZIP codes for renters, but a recent RENTCafe report also looked for the most affordable neighborhoods in the country for renters.

Manhattan’s Battery Park was the priciest ZIP code where tenants paid $6,211 in average monthly rent, while $423 a month can get you a place in the Stanley/Aley, Delano, and McCormick neighborhoods of Wichita, Kan.
