Houston Home Values Go Up, but Home Sales Decline as Oil Prices Slump
The Houston Chronicle reports that Houston was hit with its biggest drop in home sales after long stretch as one of the nation’s hottest housing markets.
Weakness was especially showing among the most expensive homes, the segment that propelled home prices to 2014’s record levels.
