Homes Sold Faster in May as Price Growth Slowed

Numbers from Redfin reveal that May home sales reached their fastest pace in nearly two years, HousingWire reports.

Houses stayed on the market for only 28 days in May, down from 32 in April. Because of steady buyer demand, there is not much change in inventory compared to last year’s low levels.

Traditional households made more purchases than investors.
