Veros Real Estate Solutions has released a new report that identifies the strongest and weakest housing markets for the U.S. residential market through Dec. 1, 2016, HousingWire reports.
The strongest markets mainly appear to be clustered in the west, especially in the Pacific Northwest, with states like Washington, California, and Oregon leading the way. Although housing markets in Texas, like Dallas and Austin, also appear in the top 25.
Meanwhile, New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, West Virginia, and Alabama all look like they are going to have a weak year in 2016.
