NAHB Study Reveals Subdivision Characteristics
Want to know the median number of housing units in a subdivision? How about the median residential density per acre for subdivisions inside and outside metro areas? The National Association of Home Builders collected subdivision data for development projects currently under way or recently completed for its 2016 survey. Those results are available with charts and comparisons against the association’s 2014 survey.
