From demographic insights to real-time economic conditions, the dashboard gives users access to localized housing market data.

A new tool from the National Association of Home Builders will allow industry professionals to find data unique to their region. Because housing market conditions vary across the nation, the Metro Area Dashboard—which is free to the public—allows the user to find detailed information on each of the 387 metropolitan areas across the U.S., including information on housing market trends, demographics, and economic conditions.
