Home prices in Arizona may finally have found their way to the values those houses would have been at if there had not been an overheated boom before the market collapsed.
The latest figures from the National Association of Realtors are showing normal price appreciation for that market. However the pace has accelerated since 2016 because inventory in markets like Tucson and Flagstaff is at an all-time low.
