Salt Lake City Among Hottest Metros For Millennial Homebuying

A new survey by LendingTree indicates that Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, and Pittsburgh are the metro areas where Millennials are making the most mortgage purchase requests. Furthermore, Ernst & Young data shows that within the last two years, the homeownership rate for Millennials between the ages of 28 and 31 increased from 27 percent to 47 percent.
