Las Vegas Homes Take A More Minimalistic Approach

Minimalism is the new word of the day for many designers around the country. Sleek, clean, and modern styles are becoming prevalent among many luxury, high-end homes, replacing the gilt-covered, ornate styles of old.

This trend is especially taking hold in Las Vegas. As reports, inside and out, high-end homes in the area are eliminating clutter while still packing in modern technology and amenities.

For a long time, the homes in Las Vegas were influenced by Strip architecture, a sort of faux-Mediterranean style with a heavy reliance on the use of stucco and features/elements where the main purpose was to show off. But that has changed, and new homes are instead celebrating and accentuating the landscape of Las Vegas and incorporating it into the overall design of the home.
