NAHB Records Slow and Steady Recovery for the U.S.
The NAHB/First American Leading Markets Index (LMI) rose to .93 in the third quarter of 2015, which signals a slow but steady pace for the housing market’s recovery.
“The index uses single-family housing permits, employment and home prices to measure proximity to a normal economic and housing market,” the NAHB says.
