Some people learned a new language during quarantine. Some baked sourdough bread. Pro Builder’s Senior Editor Mike Beirne decided to encapsulate his crawlspace and take you on his journey from mold to moisture management on this installment of The Weekly.

With $800, many hours, and plenty of research, Beirne discovered the source of the moisture, 

“I learned from one of our Pro Builder stories that even an Arizona home builder, if he’s constructing a crawlspace or closed in space above the desert floor, he’s going to have to account for moisture content—as little as it is—in that soil,” says Beirne.
