Study Puts Home Value Estimator Tools To The Test
The independent research company SSRS found that Redfin Estimate is most accurate in predicting the value of a house for sale.
More than 5,000 homes were evaluated in the study. According to Redfin, 64 percent of the homes sold were within 3 percent of the price predicted by Redfin, compared to 29 percent for Zillow and 16 percent for Homes.com.
