In the New England region, which includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, PulteGroup, Allen Edwin Homes, and Lombardo Companies occupy the top three spots for new-home closings in 2024, according to data from the 2025 Pro Builder Top 200 Report.
