In the New England region, which includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

The Community Builders, Edward Rose Building Enterprise, and PulteGroup led the 8 companies that operated in this region last year, which comnined for a total of 1,452 for-sale and for-rent closings/completions in 2025.

Massachusetts led all states in the region with 1,342 for-sale and for-rent units.
