U.S. Home Prices Accelerated Slowly

Though home prices rose slowly nationally, Seattle posted the fastest monthly growth in home prices, reaching 2.3 percent, MarketWatch reports

The slowest growth was Boston, where monthly prices rose 0.3 percent in April. Denver’s year-over-year growth was fastest, hitting 10.3 percent, compared to Washington D.C., where the annual price increase was only 1.1 percent.
