The Frank Condos in Austin's historic Bouldin Creek neighborhood features 30 units on a three-acre infill lot and is a prime (and well-received) example of the city's upzoning allowances to enable attainable housing.
If Texas can enact state laws that allow smaller lots and higher density development, maybe other states will follow
