The U.S. may see an end to the foreclosure era, according to Realtor.com

Data from Realtor.com suggests that the outlook on the housing market for 2015 is looking brighter.

Due to an accelerating economic recovery that fuels job and income growth, more millennials will set up house, builders will pick up the pace in breaking new ground, and foreclosures will decrease. However, tight credit will remain a factor and mortgage rates will rise.
