Latest Quarterly Home Builder Results Provide Minimal Optimism
The Wall Street Journal's Kris Hudson finds that quarterly reports from home builders Toll Brothers and Hovnanian Enterprises “provide minimal optimism for the new-home market going into 2015.”
Hovnanian called 2014 disappointing, as sales of newly built homes were up by only 1 percent in the first 10 months of this year from the same period last year.
