People searching for their first homes should consider Orlando, Fla., Reno, Nev., or Tulsa, Okla.
Housing Wire listed the ten best cities for first-time buyers. The results are based on data from 70,000 loan applications from The Money Source. Low unemployment rates and home prices were also factored in.
Another city on the list is Boise, Idaho, which has an unemployment rate of 2.6 percent and a median home price of $169,000.
