CPM Consulting LLC is an architectural design and pre-construction coordination consulting firm owned by Carl and Patty Martinez, who bring decades of construction industry experience.

Carl Martinez has built more than 450 custom homes, ranging from 3,000 to over 25,000 square feet, throughout Las Vegas’ premier communities. His portfolio includes award-winning residences for high-profile clients such as Celine Dion, Steve Aoki, and Adam Carolla, as well as commercial projects ranging from retail centers and mid-size hotels to The Magic Star casino.

Known for his attention to detail and proven project management systems, Carl emphasizes a collaborative pre-construction process that brings architects, engineers, and subcontractors together during the design phase. This proactive coordination helps ensure plans are thoroughly reviewed, properly engineered, and permit-ready before construction begins, reducing delays, improving efficiency, and delivering a higher standard of quality.

Carl and Patty Martinez will lead the home’s construction in partnership with Brian Armstrong, owner of NuTone Construction. Brian and his company bring more than 19 years of experience in high-end residential, custom, and commercial construction. The NuTone Construction portfolio includes luxury design-build projects, penthouses, custom homes, and full-scale renovations in both high-rise and standalone properties.

Drawing on Carl’s extensive custom-homebuilding experience, the Martinez team will oversee the project’s construction, working in coordination with Brian and NuTone Construction.
