They cite a NAR survey that says nine out of 10 house hunters initiate their buying experience on the Internet, and that 25 percent admit that online real estate photography led to the acquisition of their current house. The best option is to hire a professional real estate photographer, but Fortune Builder offers more tips such as staging each room, capturing selling points, and avoiding the use of fish-eye lenses.
