In the Pacific region includes Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.

Lennar, D.R. Horton, and KB Home occupy the top three spots among 28 builders operating in those states last year, which combined for a total of 39,324 for-sale and for-rent closings/completions in 2025.

California led all states in the region with 29,834 for-sale and for-rent units.
