Two-Thirds of Realtors Don’t Find Home Builder New-Home Sales Training Useful

According to Realty Times, many real estate agents are showing interest in selling new homes.

One expert writes that this is because of a significant percentage of renovation-resistant home shoppers who prefer purchasing a new home over the prospect of having to renovate a home’s plumbing or electrical systems.

In fact, the NAR’s Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers 2014 indicates forty percent of respondents who purchased new homes did so to avoid renovations.
