In the West North Central region, which includes Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and North and South Dakota, Lennar, McBride & Son, and D.R. Horton occupy the top three spots for new-home closings in 2018, according to data from the 2019 Professional Builder Housing Giants Report.
