The employer of a man who died in the collapse of a 12-foot trench wall on a home-building project site in 2012, along with the company’s owner and project manager, have been indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter. The accident occurred in Milpitas, Calif., on a project for U.S. Sino Investment Inc. that had been issued stop-work orders twice after heavy rains made trench stability tenuous.
