Working with University Hospitals as a development partner, NRP Group has completed The Davis Apartments affordable housing community in Cleveland, Multi-Housing News reports.
The Davis community was designed by Ohio firm RDL Architects and consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as four three-bedroom townhomes, all ranging from 568 to 1,686 square feet. The 52 residences cater to individuals and families who earn up to 60% of the area median income.
The project also features a range of amenities, including a fitness center, community room, playground, business center, and laundry facility, and is home to University Hospitals’ 2,800-square-foot Community Outreach Center, which provides supportive services.
Currently, there are more than 34,500 fully affordable units in the Cleveland-Akron area, according to Yardi Matrix information. Another 456 units were under construction in the market as of November, representing 9.8 percent of the total pipeline.
