Building products-Pella-Architect Series Windows-Reserve Line and Contemporary Line
This article first appeared in the October 2017 issue of Pro Builder.

Pella has added two new lines of wood windows to its Architect Series. Windows in the Reserve line are inspired by historical homes and buildings, with thick, Putty Glaze profile grilles and sashes, archival butt joinery, and sash lugs that turn and tilt. The Contemporary line has windows suited for more modern homes. Windows feature black interior stain finishes, 27 color options, custom-designed hardware, and square grille profiles for geometric patterns and shapes. Reserve is available in hung, casement, and awning windows; Contemporary is available in casement, awning, and direct set windows.
