Progressive Foam Technologies has launched LineBacker Siding Insulation, the energy-saving thermal break that improves the appearance of siding in two ways--by leveling the wall under the siding, and by providing parallel guides or ledges for each plank to stop up against for nailing. LineBacker can be paired with any plank-style siding such as fiber cement and composite wood. This new siding insulation combats thermal bridging by keeping heat where it belongs and making the existing cavity insulation more effective.
