Fortune magazine presents four charts that seem to indicate the housing recovery is over. The charts exhibit price-to-rent ratios and homeownership rates that have reached their usual long-term averages, as well as a normalization of the housing-wealth-to-GDP ratio. The report also suggests that the decrease in buyers paying for homes in cash indicates less confidence in residential real estate returns.
