This article first appeared in the PB May 2015 issue of Pro Builder.

Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet released a new version of its Artisan Fire Pizza Oven. The product features a built-in design and is ideal for those who want a wall-set oven. The Artisan Fire Pizza Oven requires just 20 minutes to warm up, and temperatures can be adjusted to reach between 250°F and 800°F. A Neapolitan-style pizza will take less than three minutes to cook, and the oven is also useful for roasting meats, fi sh, and vegetables. The stone-lined oven allows direct cooking on its hollow-core baking deck and can rapidly change temperature because of its honeycombed interior. The Artisan was built to withstand outdoor installation in both harsh winter climates and coastal ones, too .
