Taylor Morrison is having a good year: The housing giant recently announced that its net sales grew 25 percent to over 10,000 homes for the first time. And last week, Taylor Morrison closed on its acquisition of William Lyon Homes to expand its portfolio even further. CEO Sheryl Palmer says that the company is making moves due to the strengthening housing market's great business potential.
