Bulk sales of investor-bought foreclosures on the rise

With the supply of available foreclosed homes dwindling, large investment firms who bought numerous properties at the start of the housing crisis are looking to sell off their holdings. In one such move, the Waypoint Real Estate Group is currently shopping half of its 4,000 California properties.
