Larimer County, Colo., residents whose homes were lost or damaged by wildfire will get some relief from the cost of rebuilding. Commissioners voted to waive permit fees for demolition and construction under some circumstances. The county will not require demolition permits for structures destroyed in the fires, but officials encourage property owners to report lost structures to the building department for recordkeeping purposes.
