In Valverde Commons – a sustainably oriented, adult co-housing community in New Mexico – is a three bedroom, two bathroom passive house built for a couple in their 60s.
 
Inhabitat shares a gallery of images and a floor plan for the TAOsHouse, which was certified by the Passivhaus Institute in Germany and has an Emerald rating from the NAHB.
