Millennials & Baby Boomers Will Serve As Strong Tailwinds

Census Bureau data shows that the largest single-age group of younger Americans was 23, followed closely by 22 and 24.

In less than a decade, when these younger Americans reach the average homebuyer age of 31, the U.S. will see a high number of prime candidates for home sales.

Another wave driving long-term home sale and rental markets will be Baby Boomers, who will hit retirement and either downsize or upgrade.
