In March, a new Florida building code went into effect that changed the requirements for replacing air conditioning units.

In March, a new Florida building code went into effect that changed the requirements for replacing air conditioning units. Complete replacements have to be sized for the house and ducts have to be inspected by the contractor and sealed if they weren't previously.
