New Study Finds Nearly Half of Millennials to Seek New Jobs in 2015

A study by Aon Hewitt found that 43 percent of Millennials surveyed said they plan on actively looking for new jobs in 2015.

Respondents answered that better pay and benefits, and development opportunities were the biggest reasons behind this. The data comes from a survey administered by The Futures Company online within the U.S. in August 2014.
