Aliso Viejo’s The New Home Company (TNHC) has created TNHC Land Company, which will work to acquire land for the Northern and Southern California division of TNHC, according to OC Metro. This new offshoot will acquire land for the construction of single-family detached and attached homes in subdivisions and for the development of master-planned communities. In addition, TNHC Land Company will look for infill parcels in established communities.
Joseph Davis, TNHC founding partner, will direct strategy for TNHC Land, and senior vice president A.J. Jarvis will oversee California lot and land acquisition and land development. The three executives responsible for acquisition and land operations for TNHC Land Company are Charles McKeag, in the San Francisco Bay area; Ashley Feeney, in the Greater Sacramento area; and Stephen Jordan, in Southern California.
