NVR announced that it will move into the single-family market in Ashburn, Va., with the construction of new luxury homes, according to a press release.
NVR’s luxury division is building the homes in the community, called Stonegate. The homes are priced in the $560s and are designed for families making a first or second move-up.
NVHomes' new single-family homes are available in a variety of two-story plans, offering up to six bedrooms and up to six-and-a-half baths, and each has a 2-car garage. Each home is Energy Star qualified.
