In its most recent Home Design Trends Survey, AIA found that project backlogs are moving up at a steady rate, and that project billings and inquiries are still strong, despite a decline over the previous two quarters.
The third quarter’s theme was “Neighborhood and Community Design,” and AIA analyzed trends in home exteriors, home styles, and neighborhoods and communities.
The theme for the other quarters in 2015 are “Home and Property Design” (Q1), “Home Features” (Q2), and “Kitchen and Bath” (Q4).
