Lennar said it will build 180 homes at Babcock Ranch, a master-planned community in Florida that will be powered by an onsite, 443-acre photovoltaic system. The project's single-family homes will start around $220,000, and duplex homes will be priced around $180,000. The development will include about 19,500 housing units and some 50,000 residents. The design calls for a town center and a school along with green space and walking trails.
