Flooring Adhesive | Bostik

June 30, 2017
This article first appeared in the July 2017 issue of Pro Builder.

Climb is a one-component, easy-gunning, non-sag adhesive from Bostik, formulated for hardwood flooring, planks, and blocks on interior, above-grade walls, and the installation of stair tread caps. It has superior grab strength while wet, making it a solution for vertical applications, and it reduces stair squeaking and footstep sounds. While it bonds quickly to wood, it doesn’t bond with most finishes on pre-finished hardwood, tread caps, or risers, so it’s easy to remove after it cures. Climb contains zero solvents, is low-VOC and low odor, and expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature.
