The UK-based Ten Fold Engineering has created a relocatable, prefabricated structure that can unfurl itself in less than 10 minutes with no machinery, labor, or a foundation.
Curbed reports that the buildings can serve as mobile homes, offices, exhibitions, restaurants, and schools.
The structures have 689 square feet, and internal walls can be moved and re-arranged. They start at $129,000.
